A mix of formal and on desk training dedicated to welcoming you to the world of recruitment to include:
- Introductions to recruitment & the process
- Building a desk
- Headhunting
- Client and candidate engagement
- Objection handling
Role responsibilities
- Source and qualify candidates
- Pitching prospective roles to suitable candidates
- Arrange and prepare candidates for interview, relay feedback, close deals and conduct post-placement follow ups
- Update and create CVs, cover letters and provide other support relating to individual applications
- Actively network with candidates to obtain potential contacts & business leads
- Keep up to date with market news and events
- Participate in business development activities to win new business
The ideal candidate
- 2:1 or above degree / relevant sales experience
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- A passionate, positive, motivating attitude
- No fear attitude
- Office based in RH1 (Redhill) * Not essential but handy - Additional language skills such as; German, French or Mandarin
