We are working with a high-performing, independent healthcare communications agency to recruit an experienced Associate Scientific Director to join their growing medical communications team. This role is ideal for a senior scientific professional who enjoys combining hands-on content leadership with strategic thinking, client partnership and team development.
The Role
- Provide senior scientific leadership across multiple accounts and therapy areas
- Lead the development of high-quality, compliant medical communications content
- Act as a strategic partner to clients, contributing to scientific direction and long-term planning
- Review and guide complex scientific materials across publications, medical affairs and commercial projects
- Mentor and develop junior and mid-level writers, setting best practice and quality standards
- Collaborate closely with account, strategy and creative teams in a fast-paced agency environment
About You
- Significant experience in medical/scientific communications (agency background essential)
