The Training:

  • A mix of formal and on desk training dedicated to welcoming you to the world of recruitment to include:
  • Introductions to recruitment & the process
  • Building a desk
  • Headhunting
  • Client and candidate engagement
  • Objection handling

Role responsibilities:

  • Source and qualify candidates
  • Pitching prospective roles to suitable candidates
  • Arrange and prepare candidates for interview, relay feedback, close deals and conduct post-placement follow ups
  • Update and create CVs, cover letters and provide other support relating to individual applications
  • Actively network with candidates to obtain potential contacts & business leads
  • Keep up to date with market news and events
  • Participate in business development activities to win new business

The ideal candidate:

  • 2:1 or above degree / relevant sales experience
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • A passionate, positive, motivating attitude
  • No fear attitude
  • Office based in RH6 (Gatwick)
  • Not essential but handy - Additional language skills such as; German, French or Mandarin
