This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded, fast-growing agency supporting global pharmaceutical and biotech clients across publication planning and scientific communications programmes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of manuscripts, abstracts, posters, congress materials, and publication plans.
- Partner directly with clients to support strategic publication delivery.
- Ensure all content is scientifically accurate, compliant, and aligned with medical affairs objectives.
- Manage complex publication timelines, stakeholder reviews, and author coordination.
- Mentor junior writers and contribute to wider scientific and business initiatives.
- Advanced life sciences degree (PhD, PharmD, MSc, or equivalent).
- Strong experience within publications, medical writing, or medical communications.
- Consultancy or agency experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of publication standards, including ICMJE and GPP guidelines.
- Excellent scientific writing, client management, and project leadership skills.
