In this leadership role, you will oversee multi-stakeholder CI engagements, guide internal teams, and act as a senior strategic advisor across a broad range of therapeutic areas. You will contribute directly to strategic planning, scenario development, and war-gaming for some of the most innovative and impactful therapies in development today.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead global CI projects from end to end, including competitive landscape analysis, insight generation, and strategic scenario planning.
- Advise senior pharmaceutical and biotech stakeholders on competitive threats, opportunity mapping, and portfolio strategy.
- Oversee and mentor project teams, ensuring high-quality execution and professional development of junior consultants.
- Deliver compelling client presentations and executive-level reporting that translate data into clear strategic implications.
- Attend and analyse key industry conferences, reporting back real-time insights that inform client decision-making.
- Contribute to business development efforts through proposal writing, capability showcases, and relationship-building with new and existing clients.
- Drive innovation within the CI function, shaping methodologies and thought leadership aligned with client needs and market evolution.
- 5–8+ years’ experience in competitive intelligence, pharmaceutical consulting, or strategic insights, with a significant focus on the life sciences industry.
- Advanced degree in a life sciences or healthcare-related discipline; MBA or PhD desirable.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact CI initiatives and delivering strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Experience managing multi-country projects and cross-functional internal teams in a consultancy or client-facing setting.
- Strong understanding of key data sources and platforms (e.g., EvaluatePharma, GlobalData, Cortellis, clinicaltrials.gov).
- Therapeutic area expertise in oncology, rare diseases, neuroscience, or immunology is strongly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strategic mindset and high attention to detail.
