The role
This is a client-facing Account Manager position with a strong emphasis on media relations, reputation management and integrated communications. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality campaigns for organisations spanning health, social care and adjacent regulated sectors.
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years’ experience in PR or communications (agency or in-house), ideally within health, social care or a closely aligned sector
- A proven track record of securing national, trade and local media coverage
- Strong news sense and confidence handling issues-sensitive or reputational work
- Excellent writing skills across press releases, briefings, commentary and digital content
- Confidence working directly with clients and building trusted relationships
- An interest in the UK media, policy and political landscape
- Ability to manage multiple projects at pace while maintaining high editorial standards
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior colleagues is advantageous
