A leading and rapidly growing medical communications agency is seeking an experienced Chief Growth Officer to join its senior leadership team. This is a pivotal role for a commercially driven leader who can shape and deliver long-term growth across new and existing clients within pharma, biotech, and healthcare.
The Role
As Chief Growth Officer, you will be responsible for defining and executing the agency’s growth strategy, working closely with senior leadership across client services, strategy, and delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and driving the overall growth strategy across new business and organic account expansion
- Leading senior-level pitches and developing long-term client partnerships
- Identifying opportunities for service innovation and capability growth
- Overseeing revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and commercial performance
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, high-quality medical communications programmes
- Acting as a senior ambassador for the agency in the wider healthcare communications market
About You
- 10+ years’ experience within medical communications, healthcare marketing, or a closely related agency environment
- Strong track record of winning new business and driving measurable revenue growth
- Commercially astute with experience at leadership or board level
- Confident engaging with senior stakeholders across global pharmaceutical and biotech organisations
- Strategic, credible, and collaborative leadership style
