Incredible opportunity for a Senior Account Executive ready to step up or a newly appointed Account Manager looking for a new and exciting agency! The Account Manager will engage with multiple accounts, offering daily assistance to the account management team while also independently overseeing projects and accounts. This position involves managing client accounts, handling project oversight, budget management, and organizing all pertinent files.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Senior Account Manager and Account Director in the daily operations of the accounts.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of the client's brand and market landscape.
- Keep status reports updated to ensure both the client and internal team are informed about project progress.
- Manage budgets for accounts, reviewing budget status across projects to ensure profitability and preparing estimates.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for client campaigns/programs.
- Be proficient with client approval systems (e.g., Veeva Promomats) and manage the internal approval process as needed.
- Conduct studio briefing meetings for projects under your responsibility, including drafting written briefs.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, alongside the Account Manager when necessary.
Requirements:
- Scientific degree
- Previous experience gained in a healthcare communications agency
- Experience with client relationship development
- Ability to work on a hybrid basis in Oxfordshire
