About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Account Director (or above) to join a growing PR team, leading on exciting pharma and aesthetics accounts. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, strategic communicator who thrives on managing global campaigns and delivering exceptional results for clients in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic direction, delivery, and growth of multiple pharma/aesthetics PR accounts.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee campaign planning and execution across international markets.
  • Ensure all communications comply with industry regulations and company standards, including use of platforms such as Veeva.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members, providing clear direction and feedback.
  • Drive project timelines, budgets, and resourcing to ensure flawless delivery.
  • Collaborate with creative, medical, and digital teams to produce integrated, insight-led campaigns.
  • Contribute to new business efforts, including proposal development and pitching.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience at Account Director level or above within a healthcare PR or communications agency.
  • Strong background in pharma or aesthetics communications—ideally with global or multi-market experience.
  • Excellent project management and client relationship skills.
  • Confident understanding of pharma compliance processes and familiarity with Veeva or similar approval systems.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to lead complex programmes and deliver measurable impact.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly collaborative, organised, and proactive.
