About the Company
We are working with an established multi-disciplined specialist contractor, turning over circa 30m, delivering complex internal and external construction packages across the UK. The business works in partnership with Tier 1 main contractors and leading developers, operating across the rail, infrastructure, residential and commercial sectors. Their experience covers a range of specialist packages, including façades, external envelope and internal works, with individual project values reaching approximately 7m.
Due to continued workload, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join the team on a project in Didcot.
The Role
You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management and delivery of specialist construction packages, working closely with the Project Manager, client, subcontractors and site teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing internal and external construction packages.
- Day-to-day management of site teams and subcontractors.
- Programme management, sequencing and short-term planning.
- Managing QA, inspections, ITPs, snagging and close-out.
- Ensuring high standards of health and safety.
