I m working with a specialist fa ade contractor looking for an experienced Site Manager to take the lead on a major fa ade remediation scheme in Worcester. The project is a 4.5m residential recladding scheme with a 45-week programme. The contractor is acting as Principal Contractor, with works including the removal of existing timber cladding, installation of new fire barriers and a new Rockpanel cladding system. You ll be Number One on site, taking responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of the project, including: * Managing programme and progress * Coordinating fa ade subcontractors * Scaffold management and coordination * Design coordination * Health re looking for: Previous experience delivering recladding / fa ade remediation projects is essential, ideally while working for a Principal Contractor. Strong FieldView experience is required, with previous Rockpanel experience highly desirable.
