An industry-leading specialist contractor operating within the Building Safety and Facade Remediation sector is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join its growing London team. With a group turnover approaching 100m and four regional offices operating nationwide, this business has established itself as one of the UK's leading remediation contractors, delivering complex façade and fire safety projects on occupied residential buildings.
Working as Principal Contractor, the business offers a highly structured operating model with dedicated in-house Design, Pre-Construction, Commercial and Operational teams, allowing projects to be delivered efficiently and safely from inception through to completion. Projects typically range from 1m to 20m in value and involve the remediation and replacement of external wall systems on live, occupied buildings.
