Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Façade Project Manager to manage the delivery of recladding and façade projects. This is a client-facing role requiring commercial awareness, excellent programme management, and the ability to manage labour and subcontractors effectively. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex façade schemes on time, on budget, and to high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of façade project delivery, from mobilisation to completion.
- Oversee programme management, labour allocation, and subcontractor coordination.
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as the key point of contact for tier 1 contractors.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, following company processes.
- Monitor project costs, manage risk, and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
- Support pre-construction planning, including resource planning and method statements.
- Drive continuous improvement through effective use of systems and company processes.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as a Façade Project Manager, ideally on recladding or refurbishment projects.
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and contracts.
- Excellent programme and labour management skills.
- Experience working with tier 1 contractors and multiple client types.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions on-site and during planning.
