An established and growing multi-discipline contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Drylining Project Manager to join its team. The business operates across drylining, façades, cladding and interiors, working with a broad range of leading developers and main contractors throughout London and the Home Counties.
The drylining division delivers packages ranging from £2m to £12m across large-scale residential, commercial, hotel and leisure developments.
The Role
You will take full responsibility for the delivery of drylining packages typically valued between £5m–£10m, including:
- Full project and programme management
- Labour and subcontractor management
- Sequencing and coordination of works
- Client liaison and progress meetings
- Health & safety and quality oversight
- Working closely with technical and commercial teams
- Reporting directly to the Board of Directors
- Driving projects through to successful completion and handover
The Candidate
We are looking for a strong, client-facing Project Manager with excellent leadership skills and a proven background within the drylining industry. You must have experience delivering similar-sized packages for reputable drylining contractors, along with good career stability – ideally four years or more with a previous employer.
Package
£70,000–£80,000 + package, depending on experience. The position is available immediately and represents an excellent opportunity to join a growing, dynamic contractor where there is genuine scope to develop and progress within the business.
