Albion Recruitment is exclusively supporting one of our key clients in the appointment of an experienced Contracts Manager. Our client is a specialist façade and building envelope contractor with almost 30 years of industry experience and a group turnover exceeding £40 million. Operating nationwide, they deliver high-quality façade solutions across the residential, commercial, education and healthcare sectors for Tier 1 and Tier 2 main contractors.

Due to continued growth and a strong secured order book, they are looking to appoint a senior Contracts Manager to oversee multiple façade projects across London and the Home Counties.

The Role

This is a key leadership position responsible for managing projects from design stage through to handover. Working closely with the commercial and design departments, you will oversee operational delivery while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. A strong management structure is already in place beneath you, including Project Managers, Site Managers and Quality Assurance personnel, allowing you to focus on successful project delivery and client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from design stage through to completion and handover

  • Work closely with design and commercial teams
  • Maintain excellent client relationships
