Albion Recruitment is currently working with a well-established specialist interiors contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee residential drylining packages across the Beds, Bucks, and Home Counties region.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and growing business with a strong pipeline of residential schemes, delivering drylining and internal package works for leading developers and main contractors.

The Role

As Contracts Manager, you will take responsibility for multiple residential drylining projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on programme, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing several residential drylining packages simultaneously
  • Managing site managers, supervisors, and subcontract labour
  • Driving programme performance and installation progress
  • Monitoring project costs, variations, and commercial performance
  • Procuring materials and coordinating supply chain partners
  • Attending client and main contractor progress meetings
  • Ensuring health & safety and quality standards are maintained
  • Reporting project performance to senior management

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within drylining or interiors
  • Strong background delivering residential projects
  • Experience managing multiple sites or large-scale packages
  • Good commercial awareness and cost control ability
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • SMSTS, CSCS, and relevant site certifications
