Albion Recruitment is currently working with a well-established and highly regarded specialist interiors contractor, seeking to appoint an Assistant Quantity Surveyor as part of continued growth within their commercial team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious AQS to join a business delivering high-quality drylining, SFS, suspended ceiling and façade-related packages on major commercial and residential schemes across London and the South East.
The Role
- Assisting with cost control and budget management across live projects
- Supporting valuations, payment applications and commercial reporting
- Helping manage subcontractor procurement and accounts
- Tracking variations, change control and contract administration
- Providing general QS support through project lifecycle to final account
This position offers clear progression into a Quantity Surveyor role within a structured and supportive environment.
Candidate Requirements
- Degree-qualified or working towards a qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- Previous experience within a contractor-side commercial team (interiors or construction preferred)
