Job Overview
We are seeking breakfast waiters and waitresses to join our team at the newly refurbished Albion Hotel in Freshwater. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and culinary excellence, ensuring guests have a delightful breakfast experience.
Responsibilities
– be an integral part of the breakfast service, including preparation, presentation, and service
– make sure there are smooth operations during breakfast hours
– Maintain food safety standards and compliance with regulations
– Be polite and curtious to our guests
– Assist with bartending/ barista duties as needed
Requirements
– Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
– Ability to stay motivated and work effectively
– Understanding of food safety regulations
– Excellent organisational skills
– Bartending experience is advantageous but not essential
We are offering a starting wage between of £12.50 plus tips depending on experience. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day (or so people say) and we are looking for someone with personality and leadership qualities to make sure our guests have the best start to the day.
