The Albion Hotel, Freshwater are currently recruiting Chefs to work in our busy kitchen. You could be a part of ‘a place like nowhere else’ and be a part of our Albion Hotel team. We are looking for you to share The Albion Hotel’s vision.

Role Responsibilities

  • Preparation and cooking of food
  • Ensuring the kitchen areas are clean and tidy
  • Delivering a world class customer experience to our customers and staff
  • To organise and assist in the preparation and presentation of all food service at the required time
  • To ensure that all food prepared with due care and attention, particularly in relation to customer's special dietary requirements, for example nut, dairy or wheat allergies

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience, ideally in a contract catering related environment
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Demonstrative ability to work in a team
  • Show the ability to follow instructions in a small team
  • Can evidence Food Hygiene and Health and Safety certificates

Package Description

  • 45 – 48 hrs per week
  • Any 5 days out of 7 – 6:30am to 16:00pm
  • Shifts are as necessary to support with business requirements
  • Competitive wage discussed at interview stage
