We are looking for an experienced Senior Care Assistant to become Team Leader at our clients nursing home in Ringmer, Lewes. As a Team Leader you will ensure the delivery of quality care by continually assessing our residents’ needs and wishes and develop, review and update care plans to meet our clients changing physical, social and psychological needs.

You will also show warmth and support to our residents and their families; helping to promote independence and dignity and positively enhancing the lives of individuals in our care.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of patient issues and are committed to the care and well-being of residents. An NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (with medication) is desired for this position.
