We are currently recruiting for a Home Manager to work in our clients residential home in Ringmer, Lewes Duties would include Managing all members of staff including liaising with outside agencies Implementing training/induction programmes for all Care Staff Ensuring the highest level of care is delivered throughout the Home Improving the homes the quality rating from CQC To be considered for this position you will need to have: RMA/NVQ 4qualification with experience of working with elderly care within a care home setting.
