Our client is currently looking for a Deputy Manager for their residential home in Newport.
Your duties will include:
- Assisting the Home Manager with the day to day running of the home
- Staff management & supervision
- Home budgets
- Recruitment, appraisals and discipline issues
The successful candidate will:
- Need to be registered with Social Care Wales
- Minimum level 4 NVQ in Health & Social Care (Adults)
- Have a proven track record in care home leadership
- A sound working knowledge of care standards
- The ability to lead and motivate the staff
