My Client is currently looking for a Deputy Manager for their residential home in Keighley, Bradford. Your duties will include:
- Assisting the Home Manager with the day to day running of the home
- Staff management & supervision
- Recruitment, appraisals and discipline issues
The successful candidate will:

- Have a proven track record
