The predicted salary is between 13.5 - 16.5 £ per hour.

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced administrator to support the management in one of our client’s nursing homes in Uxbridge.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Being the initial point of contact for potential hirers
  • Coordinating meeting and diaries for the management team
  • Arranging production and in-house meetings
  • Ad-hoc project work
  • Administrative responsibility for the venue diary

The successful candidate will possess the following skills/attributes:

  • Strong administrative, organisational and diary management skills
  • Responsive and professional telephone manner
  • Strong IT Skills
  • Initiative & a proactive attitude
