STOP. Read this before applying. This is not a standard "admin" role where you will quietly file paperwork. If you are looking for a slow-paced job to hide behind a screen, please do not apply. We operate at the high-friction intersection of UK finance and Polish clients. We deal with slow banks, difficult solicitors, and complex mortgage applications. We need a problem solver, not a paper pusher. We are looking for someone with a "hacker mindset"—someone who doesn’t accept "computer says no" as an answer but finds a way to get results.
The Reality of the Role
- Beating Bureaucracy: You won’t just "process applications". You will chase lenders and solicitors who are dragging their feet. You need the resourcefulness to unblock stalled processes without constant supervision.
- Cultural Translation: You aren’t just translating words; you are translating urgency. You must explain complex UK financial concepts to Polish clients with empathy, and communicate client needs to UK institutions with professional precision.
- Front-of-House Presence: You must be driven and dynamic. This includes being comfortable on camera to create social media video content that builds trust with our audience.
- Triage & Tactic: You will manage an estate agency and financial admin workload where priorities shift hourly. You must be able to decide what kills the deal if not solved now, versus what can wait until 2 pm.
Who You Are
- Bilingual: Native-level fluency in Polish and English is non-negotiable.
- Thick-Skinned & Proactive: You don’t wait for permission to solve a problem. If a solicitor doesn’t reply to an email, you find another way to reach them.
- Tech-Resourceful: You don’t need IT support to figure out new software. You figure it out.
- Articulate: Excellent telephone manner and accurate typing/data entry skills.
The "No-Blagger" Application Process
We do not accept generic CV spam. To prove you have the attention to detail and agency we require, you must complete the following two steps. Applications missing these will be instantly rejected.
- The One-Liner Challenge: In your cover letter or application note, do not send a bio. Instead, describe your single most impressive professional achievement in exactly one sentence. Then, list two facts (numbers/metrics) that prove it.
- The Video Pitch: Include a link (Loom, YouTube Unlisted, Vimeo) to a 60-second video introduction:
- 0:00–0:30 (In English): Tell us about a time you found a clever workaround to a bureaucratic problem.
- 0:30–1:00 (In Polish): Introduce yourself to our clients and explain why they should trust us with their financial future.
The Details
- Schedule: Flexitime (Expected 36 hours/week)
- Benefits: Company pension, Employee discount, Private medical & dental insurance, On-site parking (if visiting), Wellness programme.
