Senior Claims Executive (Permanent)

Position: Senior Claims Executive – Financial Lines Location: London / Hybrid The client is a leading global insurance broker looking for an experienced Claims Executive to manage Financial Lines Claims with a strong focus on Professional Indemnity to join their successful and technical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing retail UK and global claims with a focus on PI, but also dealing with associated risks including FI, Cyber, Crime, D&O (if they have the experience).This is excellent opportunity for an experienced claims professional to be recognised and rewarded for their work. Working with a range of high profile clients you will be managing the relationship and providing a personal service through the claims process. Manage claims from start to settlement, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of claims. Handle complex and high-value claims and escalate when necessary. Analyse policy wordings and provide guidance on coverage issues. Maintain accurate records of all claims activity. Ideally 5+ years\’ experience in handling Professional Indemnity claims. Strong technical knowledge and experience in dealing with claims from start to settlement. Experience in handling associated risks including FI, Cyber and D&O is desirable.
