Our client is seeking a Business Analyst specialising in Claims Transformation to support strategic change initiatives across London Market operations.
The Role
- Partner with claims, operations, compliance, and technology teams across Lloyd’s syndicates
- Analyse and optimise end-to-end claims processes across open market and Delegated Authority business
- Gather and document business requirements aligned to market modernisation initiatives, including Blueprint Two
- Support enhancements across claims platforms, workflow tools, and bordereaux management systems
- Drive automation, improve data quality, and increase operational efficiency
- Facilitate workshops with claims adjusters, TPAs, underwriters, and finance teams
- Ensure change initiatives align with regulatory requirements and Lloyd’s performance standards
- Strengthen claims MI, reporting accuracy, and data governance frameworks
