Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to support a major PAS transformation programme within a Lloyd’s syndicate environment — playing a central role in modernising underwriting infrastructure.

The Role

  • Lead business analysis activity across the full PAS implementation lifecycle
  • Partner with underwriting, operations, Delegated Authority, and finance teams to define structured requirements
  • Produce detailed business and functional documentation aligned to Lloyd’s market processes
  • Support configuration, data migration, integration, and system testing phases
  • Ensure alignment with market initiatives, including Blueprint Two and digital placement standards
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops spanning underwriting, bordereaux, claims, and compliance
  • Identify process optimisation opportunities alongside technology delivery
  • Support UAT, change management, and post-go-live enhancement activity
