The Role
- Lead business analysis activity across the full PAS implementation lifecycle
- Partner with underwriting, operations, Delegated Authority, and finance teams to define structured requirements
- Produce detailed business and functional documentation aligned to Lloyd's market processes
- Support configuration, data migration, integration, and system testing phases
- Ensure alignment with market initiatives, including Blueprint Two and digital placement standards
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops spanning underwriting, bordereaux, claims, and compliance
- Identify process optimisation opportunities alongside technology delivery
- Support UAT, change management, and post-go-live enhancement activity
