Role Overview
My client is seeking experienced Enterprise Architects to work at a strategic level, shaping and driving enterprise-wide change across complex digital environments. You will play a key leadership role in translating business strategy into effective business change and technical delivery. This is a high-impact role requiring strong influence, collaboration, and decision-making across business, technology, and data domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritise enterprise-wide change to enable delivery at pace
- Own and evolve the enterprise architecture vision, strategy, and roadmaps
- Define and manage as-is, to-be, and transitional architectures
- Lead delivery of cross-cutting capabilities that support organisational transformation
- Establish and govern architectural principles, standards, and policies
- Provide strategic guidance on business, technology, and data decisions, ensuring sustainability, scalability, and value for money
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align initiatives with enterprise architecture strategy
- Understand and manage ecosystem interdependencies, including reference architectures
- Lead and grow the architecture community
- Carry out horizon scanning to identify emerging industry trends and opportunities
