The Role- Partner with claims, operations, compliance, and technology teams across Lloyd's syndicates
- Analyse and optimise end-to-end claims processes across open market and Delegated Authority business
- Gather and document business requirements aligned to market modernisation initiatives, including Blueprint Two
- Support enhancements across claims platforms, workflow tools, and bordereaux management systems
