I’m currently working with a client delivering large-scale digital services looking for a hands-on Agile Delivery Lead to drive real software build, not just coordinate programmes.
Agile Delivery (Hands-On)
- Lead sprint ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retros)
- Drive delivery flow, prioritisation, and pace
- Remove blockers + maintain consistent delivery momentum
Software Delivery & Technical Engagement
- Work directly with developers, QA, DevOps
- Support delivery across resilience, security, recoverability
- Build trust through consistent delivery performance
Planning, Coordination & Reporting
- Manage backlogs with Product + Engineering leads
- Own risks, issues, dependencies
Proven hands-on Agile delivery within software engineering teams. Experience as a Scrum Master / Delivery Lead in active build. Strong understanding of CI/CD, Git, cloud (AWS/Azure). Experience managing complex backlogs, risks, dependencies. Engineering-led environment (real build work). Complex, high-impact delivery challenges. Long-term, sustained programmes.
