The Role
As Compliance Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to the business, providing clear, practical, and strategic compliance guidance across a range of regulatory topics. You will work closely with broking teams and senior stakeholders to embed a strong compliance culture and ensure adherence to FCA, Lloyd’s, and other applicable regulations.
Responsibilities
- Act as a first point of contact for compliance queries from the business.
- Provide day-to-day regulatory advice, particularly relating to FCA requirements and Lloyd’s minimum standards.
- Support business units in understanding and managing regulatory risk.
- Deliver compliance training and awareness sessions.
- Assist with the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and frameworks.
- Contribute to thematic reviews, internal audits, and monitoring activities.
- Support regulatory reporting and engagement with external bodies such as the FCA and Lloyd’s.
- Work collaboratively with the wider Risk team.
