Are you an experienced Commercial Account Executive with a passion for client service, business growth, and delivering expert insurance advice? We’re looking for a confident, driven professional to join a growing team, where you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of valued clients, identify new business opportunities, and contribute directly to the success of our firm.

About the Role

  • Managing and developing a book of commercial and personal clients.
  • Identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to maximise revenue.
  • Building and maintaining strong client and insurer relationships.
  • Managing renewals, claims, and new business enquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Ensuring full FCA compliance and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
  • Reporting directly to the company’s Directors and helping shape the direction of the business.

This is a dynamic, client-facing role where you’ll have the autonomy to manage your portfolio while being part of a supportive, expert team.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products.
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role in a broking environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage your own workload, meet targets, and deliver outstanding client service.
  • Cert CII qualification (or working towards).
  • Full driving licence and access to a car for business use.
Desirable:
  • Experience developing new business and growing existing client books.
  • Previous involvement in staff development or team leadership.
  • Experience managing both commercial and personal lines.
