- Ensuring all business is processed accurately and in line with FCA, Lloyd’s, and company market requirements.
- Building strong relationships with underwriters in both the Lloyd’s and company markets.
- Driving continuous improvement — identifying ways to streamline, automate, and enhance how we work.

- Someone who gets the importance of compliance, accuracy, and 'right first time' processing.
- Confident working directly with underwriters and third parties to solve problems and move things forward.
Bonus points if you have:
- CII qualifications (or equivalent experience in a broking environment).
- Previous experience in a small/medium-sized brokerage supporting delegated authority business.
