HR Team Leader – Lead a High-Performing HR Services Team
Our client is looking for an experienced HR Team Leader to manage a team of HR Administrators, ensuring the smooth delivery of HR services across multiple business areas. This role is ideal for a proactive and organised leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to providing excellent HR support.
This is a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team delivering high-volume HR services, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
- Oversee and improve HR processes, ensuring excellent service levels and a positive colleague experience
- Manage daily workloads, balancing priorities and deadlines across key HR activities
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, data protection regulations, and accuracy in all HR communications
- Collaborate with Payroll and Benefits teams to streamline operations and enhance HR service delivery
- Provide coaching and development to team members, fostering a high-performing and engaged team
- Work closely with senior HR stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in HR processes
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience managing an HR administration team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to delegate and prioritise effectively
- A customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Experience with HR systems (Workday experience is a strong asset)
