Job Summary

Albida Consulting Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Integrations Consultant to lead the design, development, and implementation of complex integration solutions for our diverse client base. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into robust, scalable, and efficient integration strategies.

Job Responsibilities

* Lead the full lifecycle of integration projects, from initial requirements gathering and analysis through to design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
* Architect and design integration solutions using a variety of integration patterns, technologies, and platforms (e.g. EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, Orchestrate, Extend, BIRT).
* Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define integration requirements, technical specifications, and project scope.
* Develop, configure, and customize integration components, including APIs, connectors, data transformations, and workflows.
* Conduct thorough testing of integration solutions, including unit, integration, and system testing, to ensure data integrity and system performance.
* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, integration tracker, and operational guides.
* Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging integration technologies, and relevant software updates.
* Participate in pre-sales activities, including technical presentations and solution demonstrations, as required.

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum of 6 years of experience in integration consulting, with a strong focus on designing and implementing enterprise-level integration solutions.
* Proven expertise with Workday Integration Tools

* Workday Integration, CCTPP, Workday Studio certifications as a minimum
* Proficiency in API design principles (REST, SOAP) and experience with API management platforms.
* Solid experience with data transformation techniques and tools (e.g., XSLT, JSON, XML).
* Familiarity with various communication protocols (e.g., HTTP/S, SFTP).
* Experience with cloud-based integration solutions and services is highly desirable.
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced consulting environment.
