Albida Consulting Ltd is seeking a PATT Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role involves delivering expert guidance and support to clients on PATT (Performance, Availability, Throughput, and Time) optimization strategies, ensuring their systems and applications meet critical performance benchmarks.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of client systems and applications to identify performance bottlenecks and areas for improvement related to PATT.
- Develop and implement comprehensive PATT optimization strategies, including architectural reviews, code optimization, database tuning, and infrastructure improvements.
- Utilize various performance testing tools and methodologies to simulate user load, analyze system behavior, and pinpoint performance issues.
- Collaborate with development teams, operations teams, and other stakeholders to integrate performance best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations outlining findings, recommendations, and the impact of implemented solutions.
- Provide training and mentorship to client teams on PATT concepts, tools, and best practices.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance engineering and PATT optimization.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including technical discussions with potential clients and contributing to proposals.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in performance engineering, performance testing, or PATT consulting roles.
- Strong understanding of PATT principles (Performance, Availability, Throughput, and Time) and their application in real-world scenarios.
- Proficiency with various performance testing tools.
- Experience with performance monitoring tools.
- Solid understanding of system architectures, databases (SQL and NoSQL), operating systems (Linux/Windows), and networking concepts.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal) in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
