Albida Consulting Ltd is seeking a motivated Junior PATT Consultant to support our project teams in delivering high-quality advisory services to clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in the consulting industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist senior consultants in conducting research, data analysis, and preparing client deliverables (reports, presentations, etc.).
- Participate in client meetings and workshops, taking notes and contributing to discussions.
- Support the development and implementation of PATT (Process, Application, Technology, and Training) solutions for various client projects.
- Contribute to internal knowledge management initiatives and best practice development.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and maintain strong working relationships.
- Learn and apply proprietary methodologies and tools used by Albida Consulting Ltd.
- Perform administrative tasks as required to support project execution.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
