Job Responsibilities
- Assist senior consultants in the implementation, configuration, and testing of various Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking).
- Participate in client workshops and requirements gathering sessions, documenting business processes and functional specifications.
- Support data conversion activities, including data mapping, validation, and loading into Workday.
- Develop and execute test scripts to ensure the accuracy and integrity of Workday configurations.
- Provide support for post-implementation activities, including troubleshooting and user training.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of Workday configurations and processes.
- Collaborate effectively with project teams, clients, and Workday partners.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on new Workday features, functionalities, and best practices.
