Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy Workday integrations, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices.
Work with Workday Studio, Integrations, and Orchestrate to create and maintain seamless integrations, including third-party payroll integrations (CCTPP).
Maintain Workday integration certifications
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to support integration testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
Provide guidance on integration standards, processes, and tools to optimise delivery.
(Optional) Leverage Workday Extend capabilities to create enhanced integration solutions.
Support sales teams with technical input on Workday integrations, where applicable.

CCTPP (3rd party payroll integrations)
Orchestrate for Integrations (must be completed by 30 June 2026)
Proven experience with both HCM and Finance integrations.
Strong understanding of integration best practices and Workday architecture.
Desirable:
Workday Extend certification or experience.
Experience providing sales support or pre-sales technical expertise.
Previous experience at consulting firms such as PwC or Deloitte is a plus.
