Albertson is seeking a highly organized and personable professional in the role of Private Client Relationship Manager. The role holder will be entrusted with a broad mandate of coordinating, liaising with, and representing one of our key clients as they manage and develop their portfolio of UK investments. The role holder will act as the client’s primary point of contact in the UK, maintain overall coordination of their UK investment affairs, and support their engagement with relevant UK finance and investment stakeholders. Subject to experience, this will also include packaging and communicating investment opportunities to the client, and handling the two-way flow of analytical information.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Liaison and client representation with UK investment stakeholders (e.g., property management firms) and authorities (e.g., HMRC), including relating to emerging investment interest queries.
- Management of timetables for HMRC submissions, including liaising with clients and accountants.
- Submission of up-to-date reports and financial information to wider Albertson investment team.
- Preparation of monthly reports to clients (e.g., on company balance sheets).
- Subject to qualifications, support with preparation of client company accounts.
- Subject to experience, packaging of investment opportunities from UK stakeholders, and presentation to clients.
Strong candidates will demonstrate essential skills including:
- Strong academic background (minimum 2:1 at undergraduate level)
- 3+ years of experience in relevant roles (corporate stakeholder engagement, relationship management, etc.)
- Confidence in client liaison and stakeholder engagement
- Excellent organizational skills and structured thinking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sharp analytical abilities, especially in regards to financial information
- Team-orientation and a willingness to grow alongside the growth of the firm.
Other desirable skills include:
- Relevant post-graduate or vocational qualification
- Ability to advise on, prepare and submit client accounts
- Familiarity with investor relations in MENA contexts
- Background in corporate finance and/or private equity projects

We are currently under instruction to support a GCC-based family office, which has recently acquired high-value assets across healthcare, real estate, global eSports, leisure and hospitality in the UK. Albertson is thus housing a Private Client Relationship Manager for a period of 3 – 6 months until the establishment of the client’s full family office in the UK.
The role contains strong opportunities to grow as the prospective family office is established. For the right candidate, natural progression of responsibilities could involve management of bespoke family office services to a broader set of clients. The package will further include the following elements:
- Competitive salary, to be negotiated based on experience (and subject to a 3-month probationary period)
