We are looking for a hardworking, talented, and experienced individual to join our sales team at Albert\’s Schloss Liverpool as a Reservations Manager.
What you\’ll be doing
- Lead reactive incoming business via the website, phone, and Outlook.
- Support the Sales Manager in handling large event inquiries.
- Manage incoming phone calls effectively.
- Upsell packages, pre-orders, and bolt-ons to increase SPH on bookings.
- Organize bookings with considerations for allocations, pre-orders, run sheet notes, and hand over to operations.
- Assist with seasonal corporate showcases alongside the Sales Manager.
- Support agency and corporate venue FAM trips.
- Work evening and weekend shifts as part of the team during off-peak times.
Who we need
- Experience in a senior sales role is essential.
