We are looking for a hardworking, talented, and experienced individual to join our sales team at Albert\’s Schloss Liverpool as a Reservations Manager.

What you\’ll be doing

  1. Lead reactive incoming business via the website, phone, and Outlook.
  2. Support the Sales Manager in handling large event inquiries.
  3. Manage incoming phone calls effectively.
  4. Upsell packages, pre-orders, and bolt-ons to increase SPH on bookings.
  5. Organize bookings with considerations for allocations, pre-orders, run sheet notes, and hand over to operations.
  6. Assist with seasonal corporate showcases alongside the Sales Manager.
  7. Support agency and corporate venue FAM trips.
  8. Work evening and weekend shifts as part of the team during off-peak times.

  • Experience in a senior sales role is essential.
  • Experience in B2B and corporate account management.
  • A passion for hospitality and a desire to excel.
  • Organized and computer literate.
  • Excellent communication and written skills.
  • Experience with Collins booking system.
