At Albert Roger Group, we partner with some of the world’s most exciting beauty, skincare, haircare and personal care brands - helping them grow across Europe’s leading ecommerce platforms. As our business continues to expand, we’re looking for an ambitious and commercially driven eCommerce Manager to help accelerate growth across key online retailers including Amazon, TikTok Shop and other major beauty and health marketplaces.
What you’ll be doing:
- Driving sales growth across Amazon and key ecommerce partners
- Leading online product launches, campaigns and promotional activity
- Building strong relationships with retailer contacts across Europe
- Managing pricing, promotions and commercial performance
- Optimising brand stores, product pages and customer journeys
- Analysing data, identifying opportunities and improving ROI
- Collaborating closely with marketing and operations teams to deliver seamless execution
What we’re looking for:
- Proven ecommerce experience, ideally within beauty, FMCG or personal care
- Strong Amazon expertise including Seller/Vendor Central, Ads and Storefronts
- Commercially minded with excellent analytical and pricing skills
- Experience managing online retail partnerships across Europe
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent English (C2 bilingual /C1 Advanced or equivalent) with additional European languages a plus
