We’re looking for an Assortment Manager to take ownership of category performance — driving assortment strategy, pricing excellence, and brand growth in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
This is a high-impact position, shaping how our brands show up across retailers and digital platforms. You’ll drive data-led decisions across assortments and pricing, ensuring every action delivers measurable commercial return and supports long-term brand equity.
Responsibilities- Own and evolve category assortments to drive performance across markets
- Lead range reviews and updates, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and retailer strategy
- Leverage data, category, and retailer insights to build actionable growth plans
- Analyse and drive category sales performance, identifying risks and opportunities
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategic direction
- Set and own pricing strategy across online and in-store channels across Europe
- Manage and improve brand income, margin and profitability through smart trade investment
- Drive brand growth through best-in-class assortment strategies
- Support new product launches with strong commercial and category plans
- Influence stakeholders to unlock incremental revenue opportunities
- Ensure best-in-class execution across retailer platforms (content, visibility, pricing)
- Drive Brand Sales Performance by door/channel and NPD Sales Contribution to ensure Category Growth
- Proven experience in Assortment Management, Buying, Trade or Commercial Marketing (FMCG / Beauty / Retail)
- Strong track record in pricing and brand sales performance
- Highly data-driven, with the ability to translate insight into action
- Confident working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams
- Advanced analytical skills (Excel, dashboards, performance tracking)
- Fluent English (C2 bilingual/C1 Advanced or equivalent) with additional European languages advantageous
- Experience in Colour Cosmetics & European market exposure is highly desirable
