Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically strong experienced Group Accountant to support the finance function of a growing international distribution group with multiple European subsidiaries. Reporting to the Group FD, the role will be responsible for the accounting for the businesss individual European company accounts, and the preparation of the consolidated Group monthly management accounts. The role also involves multi-entity European VAT compliance, extensive inter-company accounting, cross group inventory accounting, year-end group audit, all alongside core accounting and reporting requirements. Key Responsibilities Preparing Group monthly consolidated management accounts in excel. Preparing individual European company accounts Preparing summarised reporting for various stakeholders, from Board level to external lenders Management of Xero accounting ledger for various entities.
