Are you a commercially driven National Account Manager with a passion for beauty, skincare, and personal care? What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and growing key UK retail accounts across Beauty and FMCG channels
- Building strategic partnerships with major retailers including Boots, Superdrug and grocery retail groups
- Driving distribution growth, promotional activity, and category visibility across accounts
- Leading commercial negotiations, annual planning, and Joint Business Plans (JBPs)
- Identifying and converting new business opportunities across the UK retail landscape
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Planning, and Operations teams to deliver retailer-specific growth strategies
- Managing forecasts, sales pipelines, and delivering against revenue and margin targets
