We are looking for a confident, resilient, analytical and commercially curious Social Media & Data Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an opportunity for someone who understands Instagram and TikTok but is equally interested in the numbers behind social performance — what drives engagement, clicks, conversion and ultimately sales. You'll work across multiple beauty brands, using data, AI and digital tools to understand performance, identify opportunities and improve what we do.
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with numbers and technology, asks questions, spots patterns and wants to understand why something is working rather than simply reporting what happened. The role also offers the potential to develop towards TikTok Shop, social commerce and eCommerce, with increasing commercial responsibility.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support the daily management of Instagram and TikTok accounts across multiple beauty brands.
- Help coordinate social content and content calendars.
- Monitor and analyse reach, engagement, views, clicks and conversion.
- Compare content and campaign performance to identify what is driving results.
- Use data to recommend improvements to content, timing, formats and campaigns.
- Research competitors, trends and emerging opportunities using social and digital tools.
- Support the development and growth of TikTok Shop and social commerce activity.
- Analyse product and campaign performance and identify opportunities to increase sales.
- Support product launches, promotions and key trading events.
- Develop an understanding of how content, creators and social activity translate into commercial results.
- Support affiliate and creator activity and analyse their performance.
- Build knowledge of sales, GMV, conversion, ROAS, AOV and other commercial KPIs.
- Produce regular social media and TikTok Shop performance reports.
- Turn data into clear insights and recommended actions.
- Identify trends, anomalies and opportunities within performance data.
- Use AI tools and automation to improve reporting, research and productivity.
- Explore new technologies and tools that could improve how we manage social media and eCommerce.
- Support influencer and creator activity across Instagram and TikTok.
- Identify relevant beauty creators and emerging talent using data and research.
- Track creator content, engagement and commercial performance.
- Help evaluate which creators and content are delivering the strongest results.
What We're Looking For
- Experience using Instagram and TikTok professionally, through a placement, internship or relevant experience.
- A confident, resilient and robust approach — able to take feedback, deal with setbacks and keep moving forward.
- An interest in data, analytics, AI and technology, with the ability to work confidently with numbers.
- A willingness to learn how to interpret social and eCommerce data and turn it into actions.
- An interest in developing towards a TikTok Shop, social commerce or eCommerce career.
- Excellent written and verbal English with additional European languages being a bonus.
- A proactive approach — someone who investigates problems, asks questions and uses their initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do.
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A genuine interest in the beauty, cosmetics, skincare or haircare marketplace with personal experience of discovering and purchasing products through TikTok Shop/an understanding of the customer journey.
Why Join Us?
This is an opportunity to build your career across beauty, social media, data, technology and commerce. You'll work with market-leading brands across cosmetics, skincare, haircare and baby care, gaining hands-on experience and as you develop, there is potential to take on greater commercial responsibility and progress towards a Social Commerce, TikTok Shop or eCommerce career.
Our Benefits
- Work with market-leading brands across cosmetics, skincare, haircare and baby care.
- Hybrid working – 3 days a week post-probation, based in our modern offices in Bracknell.
