Are you a commercially driven National Account Manager with a passion for beauty, skincare, and personal care? This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing European beauty business and play a key role in expanding and strengthening major UK retail partnerships. You’ll be joining an ambitious commercial team, helping to accelerate growth across leading retail channels by developing existing national accounts and unlocking new opportunities within the UK market.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and growing key UK retail accounts across Beauty and FMCG channels
- Building strategic partnerships with major retailers including Boots, Superdrug and grocery retail groups
- Driving distribution growth, promotional activity, and category visibility across accounts
- Leading commercial negotiations, annual planning, and Joint Business Plans (JBPs)
- Identifying and converting new business opportunities across the UK retail landscape
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Planning, and Operations teams to deliver retailer-specific growth strategies
- Managing forecasts, sales pipelines, and delivering against revenue and margin targets
