The eCommerce Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing and driving sales growth on Amazon & retailer eCommerce platforms. Executing business plans, promotional strategies, and brand page designs to enhance our online presence and maximise revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow accounts with key online retailers such as Amazon, Zalando, and others in the beauty and health space.
- Develop strong relationships with retailer contacts to drive business development and promotional opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and budgets.
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct competitive analysis to inform pricing strategies and promotional tactics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and optimize brand pages on retailer websites.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance to refine strategies and improve ROI.
- Manage pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
- Track and analyse retailer metrics to inform business decisions and strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for design and work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless logistics and order fulfilment.

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
